Yantrr Electronic Systems strives to achieve the best customer satisfaction from sales to post-sales support. We believe this is the only way to build a successful and sustainable business.

Warranty & Returns

Yantrr Electronic Systems (YES) warrants that its product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery to the Customer. In the event of a defect covered by this limited warranty, YES will, at its option and free of charge to Customer, repair or replace the product with an equivalent product. YES MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL ONLY BE IN EFFECT DURING THE 60 DAY WARRANTY PERIOD PROVIDED HEREUNDER. YES’s LIABILITY ON ANY WARRANTY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.

YES DOES NOT REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

YES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, REVENUES, SALES, BUSINESS, GOODWILL OR USE.

What does this limited warranty NOT cover?

YES has no obligation to repair or replace in the following instances:

  • If the reported issue arises because Customer has altered or repaired the product without the prior written consent or authorization of YES;
  • If Customer did not follow any applicable instructions for proper storage, usage, or maintenance of the product
  • If Customer has failed to notify YES of any defect where the defect should have been reasonably apparent on inspection or use; or
  • If Customer fails to notify YES of the defect within 60 day of YES’s shipment of product to the Customer.

This limited warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the defective products to YES for repair.
