In the event the issue is determined to be one covered under this warranty, obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number using the form on this page, which will be valid for 30 days.
Place the defective product in secure packaging, along with a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation of why the original merchandise is being returned. YES is not responsible for replacing or repairing products which have suffered damage during return shipment to YES.
Print the RA number legibly on the outside of the outer shipping carton in bold, visible letters.
